Do you feel a little overwhelmed by Polly's biting and screaming? Need some advice about the wild, hormonal behavior of your formerly friendly Paco?
Yup! We buy baby birds that are sweet and cuddly and hungry and then they turn into maturing birds that need guidance to to grown into loving, happy adults.
What are you going to do when your bird bites your hand when you just tried to get it out of the cage? How do you handle incessant screaming?
***There are no cut and dried answers.*** However, Debbie has more than 10 years of hands-on experience with pet parrots and lots of ideas on how to train Polly or Paco to be happier and kinder to the "hand" that feeds it. And, she can give you insight on how to be a smarter owner. Some ideas are so simple, it's a little crazy.
Training sessions and advise columns are "in the works," but not yet set up. If you have a critical issue, something that's making you and Polly/Paco miserable, please call or email Debbie and set up some individual help.

FYI, Deb is setting up a special space in the store for meetings, training sessions, and one-on-one counseling. Sometimes the answer is easy, but like with human toddlers or teens, it all takes patience! <8 Don't get too frustrated with yourself or your bird.
